One question I feel is generally left unanswered, or atleast I couldn't figure out from the information available out there is — Is 100% compliance enforced from day 0?
Like, before I would sponsor my own H1b, I'd want to actually get some portion of the business running, probably even make some revenues etc,. In your case for example, you probably had a small customer base and an MVP on the Apple store before you proceeded with the filing.
Does the work I d,o to get from 0 to 1 in my business make me non compliant?? How do I justify that i had been passive in my involvement from the day 0? Or rather this would kind of fall into a grey area of compliancy.
